How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are printed in-house within 2-3 business days of your order date and then shipped via UPS Mail Innovations – this means your order starts with UPS but is delivered to you by USPS. Domestic shipping times are currently within 2-3 business days. Production and delivery times may increase during holidays and other times of high sales volumes. Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays. Once your order is placed, it will move to our production department and may take up to 2-3 days for processing. After your order has been carefully packaged for shipment, it is picked up from our facility in Gaylord, Michigan to begin its journey to you! Once shipped, orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive at the shipping destination. During the busy holiday shopping season, production and shipping times may experience delays.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! After you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information attached.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.
